Product details
Cut from boneless thigh and butterflied to a uniform 1.5 cm thickness — restaurant-style chicken chop. Each piece weighs 250–280 g, the standard mamak/western portion. Thigh's juiciness plus the wide flat surface delivers an excellent caramelised crust on a hot griddle or cast iron pan. Serve with black pepper sauce, mushroom sauce, or kampung-style with budu and raw herbs. Vacuum-packed individually for extended freshness. Pro tip: marinate four hours in soy and ginger before pan-searing.
