The dark meat is juicier and more flavour-forward than breast — ideal for spice-heavy cooking: rendang, chicken curry, ayam masak merah, Thai green curry, and buttermilk fried chicken. Silky-soft after a slow coconut braise. A 1 kg pack holds 4–5 pieces. Also dice it for satay, skewered grills, or stir-fries. The home cook's pick for deep flavour without the bone-removal hassle.
